Langkawi International Mountain Bike Challenge 2011 (LIMBC’11)

LIMBC’11 is the perfect platform for amateurs and professional mountain bikers to test their mettle amidst the lush tropical greens of legendary Langkawi Island. The event is expected to be huge with wide media coverage, both locally and internationally. It is organized & sanctioned by the International Cycling Union (UCI), Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) & Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF).

The race will be held as below:

Venue : Langkawi Island, Kedah

 : Stage 1 – Start & Finish at Kuah Town (62km)

 : Stage 2 – Start & Finish at Kg. Tok Senik Resort (7.3km)

 : Stage 3 – Start & Finish at Telaga Harbour Park, Pantai Kok (8.1km)

 : Stage 4 – Start at Kuah Town & Finish at Gunung Raya Hill Resort (42.7km)

 : Stage 5 – Start & Finish at Kuah Town (4km)

 : Stage 6 – Start & Finish at Kuah Town (44km)

· Men Elite (19 years old – 39 years old)

· Women Elite (19 years old & above)

· Masters Men (40 years old – 50 years old)

· Senior Masters Men (51 years old & above)
